大家開心放假嘅同時,香港本地嘅零售業就可能要「過冬」喇🥶。有新聞話,雖然尖沙咀、銅鑼灣呢啲旺區依然人頭湧湧,但好多舖頭都話「旺丁唔旺財」,生意額仲跌咗。
未有正式的十二月份數字, 我們很難下定論。但香港人嘅消費模式已經轉變, 這趨勢是事實。
以往我哋習慣喺大時大節先嚟大手掃貨,辦年貨、買聖誕禮物🎁。但而家新一代嘅消費者,可能更加重視體驗(例如去旅行、睇show),而唔係單純擁有啲乜。一個交友App嘅調查就發現,超過七成情侶因為擔心經濟前景,今年聖誕都使少咗錢,寧願儲錢傍身。 加上網購同北上消費咁方便,傳統節日嘅購物氣氛自然大不如前。
所以,各位品牌嘅老細同marketer真係要諗諗計喇!單靠節日做大減價、谷銷量嘅舊路可能已經行唔通。未來嘅策略,可能要更加注重全年嘅持續經營,平均分佈宣傳資源,喺平時都同客人建立好關係,了解佢哋真正需要啲乜。與其鬥減價,倚賴顧客「辦聖誔貨」,「辦年貨」, 不如諗下點樣提供獨特嘅價值同體驗,先可以喺呢個新常態下突圍而出!
